All UnFair Tax increases in the States of California and Hawaii are hereby illegal and unenforceable, regardless of who voted on them. This includes Utility and Property Taxes in SF East Bay Area in Northern CA, as subject to UEIR Protocol and Authority. Violations of this Edict will result in Global Economic Recessions and other disciplinary reactions from the UEIR/Pharaoh M7. All revenue generated by illegal Tax Increases will be confiscated by the UEIR and spent by the UEIR rather than go to the elected Officials' pockets; spent revenue is non-political and will be focused on needed areas of development and Civilian Protection, counter-terrorism, Environment and Infrastructure (i.e. road repair, traffic lights or signs, etc.), and as Credit on Tax Returns or product purchases; or refunded.
