Hor (Horus) – Egyptian God of the Sky and Sun, wielded a Magic Spear and conquered Set, his uncle who murdered his father, Asar (Osiris).  Set had great strength but was dim-witted, and a God of Thunder & Lightning.

Thor – Scandinavian God of the Sky and Thunder, was very strong, and had a Magic Hammer; whoever wielded his Hammer would rule Asgard, the City in the Sky, the dwelling place of the Aesir (Gods).

Arthur – Celtic Hero who wielded Excalibur, the Magic Sword that whoever wielded it would rule Britain.

Alexander (the Great) – Macedonian King and Hero who conquered the Persian Empire to avenge the death of his father, Philip; he untied the Gordian Knot with his sword, and became ruler of Asia.

The Stone of Scone (Scotland) – whoever sits on the Stone will rule Britain. The Stone was originally said to be Egyptian in origin.
