The Future is today. While we have Tablet Computers, Cell Phones, Electric Cars, why not build Domed Cities from Armored Glass with UV Transition lens protection? Domed Cities will protect against the Weather / Climate Change. I suggested this in my novel, Eye of the Pharaoh, Chapter 21, built from Diamond Glass (fused Carbon Glass).
