Who Owns Images?

A Person photographs a statue. Does he have the right to use the photo as its owner? Or does the person who created the statue? Or the God who created the person who created the statue that was photographed? Or the AI Computer that mixes images together as a composite?
USA Copyright Law says the photographer has the Copyright.
