Celebrated on September 11, the day is both the start of the Coptic new year and its first month, Thout. Nayrouz is also commemorated by Ethiopian Christians who also call it Enkutatash. Children wear new clothes and give bouquets of flowers to people.

The first of these was the Aeon of Isis, which Thelemites believed occurred during prehistory and which saw mankind worshipping a Great Goddess, symbolized by the ancient Egyptian deity Isis. In Thelemite beliefs, this was followed by the Aeon of Osiris, a period that took place in the classical and medieval centuries, when humanity worshiped a singular male god, symbolized by the Egyptian god Osiris, and was therefore dominated by patriarchal values.^[2] The third Aeon is the Aeon of Horus, controlled by the child god, symbolized by Horus.^[

In the New Aeon, prophesied by Aleister Crowley during his lifetime throughout his esoteric and occult writings, Thelemites believe that humanity shall leave behind the tyranny of Abrahamic religions and enter a time of greater consciousness and self-actualization.

Notes:

The Gregorian Calendar used in the West does not show the start of the New Age of Horus at January 1, 2001.  Rather it actually began on Coptic Church’s Sept. 11, 2001 in Egypt for the God of the New Age, Horus (i.e. Pharaoh Horus Michael/M7C).  The Islamic group that attacked USA, which is symbolic as the New Egypt, used Human Sacrifice as an offering to the New God.  This wasn’t a terrorist attack as reported by the USA.  It was recognition of the Dawn of the Next Age or Aeon.  Keep in mind, the #2 Leader of Al Qaeda was an Egyptian Doctor, whom influenced Osama bin Laden in selecting these sites.  Ages occur every 2000 years.  The Aeon of Isis (Aset) was 4000 years ago, the Aeon of Osiris (Ausar) was 2000 years ago, and the New Aeon of Horus is the Year 2001CE until the year 4000 CE.  ©M7C 2023.
