In case you do not already know....
The UEIR is a Netherworld-based country.
The Netherworld (Neter-world or Otherworld) is a planet/surface tape appearing just outside the Earth in our home Dimension; you will see this once you are not in the human body (i.e. outside of your limited viewpoint of a living person; which is accomplished by: 1. being discarnate or 2. dreaming while external to the body), like Jupiter but closer, with "Angels" appearing on the outskirts of the world. The game of life....
Had Christ "lost" the game of life, Victores semper diabolus est,
why celebrate Christmas or go to Church?
December 25 is the day in Egyptian calendar for the Traveling of Wadjet (the Eye of Horus, personified as a Goddess), whereby the goddess "travels" outside of her Temple and "visits" the shrines of the other Gods of Egypt. [As the patron goddess, she was associated with the land and depicted as a snake-headed woman or a snake—usually an Egyptian cobra, a venomous snake common to the region; sometimes she was depicted as a woman with two snake heads and, at other times, a snake with a woman's head. Her oracle was in the renowned temple in Per-Wadjet that was dedicated to her worship and gave the city its name. This oracle may have been the source for the oracular tradition that spread to Greece from Egypt.[4]
The Going Forth of Wadjet was celebrated on December 25 with chants and songs. An annual festival held in the city celebrated Wadjet on April 21. Other important dates for special worship of her were June 21, the Summer Solstice, and March 14. She also was assigned the fifth hour of the fifth day of the moon.]
Christmas was assigned December 25 to coincide with this date, to preserve Our Culture disguised as a new religion that was later accepted by the Romans under Constantine the Great, a Roman Emperor.
The raising of the Djed Pillar = Christmas Tree. This was an Egyptian Temple ritual. The Djed Pillar is a symbol of the backbone of Lord Osiris, and was once part of a tree that concealed the body of Osiris prior to his first resurrection, and was cut down and made into a pillar. Isis, his wife, opened up the tree pillar and found her husband, then became a bird form (angel) and fanned air into his lungs [with her wings] to resurrect him. Only through Lord Osiris may people achieve salvation of their souls and enter Heaven. This was also claimed by "Jesus" Christ. Because Christ resurrected he was immediately identified with Lord Osiris, and this is why Christianity was accepted in Egypt during the Late Roman era. Osiris is the original Christ, and as an Egyptian Priest (as all Pharaohs or Deified Kings in Egypt were, for Pharaoh was High Priest of all the Gods) he was certainly an Anointed Priest, with ritual holy oils (Frankincense, Lotus, Aloe Vera, or Sandalwood are common anointing oils).

Ma'at is defined as: Truth, Order, Law, Justice, Stability, Cosmic Harmony, Righteous Conduct, and the will of Pharaoh. Ma'at is offered by Pharaoh when no other offering is suitable, as in times of Chaos or hardship. Ma'at is the Language of the Divine, the equation of life, and the belief of Citizenship. Ma'at is the Daughter of Ra, whom is the Father of Pharaoh, and thus Ma'at is the twin-sister of Pharaoh as well.
Pharaoh is High Priest of all the Divines, Chief Justice (Administer of Ma'at), and King of the United Lands of Egypt and any other country whom he rules over. Pharaoh is the Chief Legislator (author of Laws), Chief Executive (enforcer of Laws), and the Supreme Court Judge of his domain. Only Pharaoh stands before the Divines and communicates directly with them. Pharaoh is also Chief to the Generals of his Military, when the need arises, but should Ma'at be enforced correctly, wars seldom arise.
The polar opposite of Ma'at is called Isfet, a word rendered as "chaos or violence." When Ma'at is not enforced properly, this results. Ma'at was not enforced properly in the Middle East in January 2011 CE, causing a period of Chaos and Violence that overthrew the President of Egypt and other nations. Fires broke out in the Temple of Amun at Karnak City, as a negative omen.
The Akua Niihau Pharaocracy is a New Government Prototype experiment. The idea has existed for the last 20+ years. Only now is it gaining momentum.

The Collapse of the US Dollar?
Come February 6, 2014 - the "debt ceiling showdown" may cause some economic upheaval in the USA and all its dependents should the USA Default on its Debts, ($17 Trillion of which is for UEIR Taxes since 1999, as yet unpaid because the American Government has Ego Mania issues). The USA Dollar can collapse in total value if the debts are not paid in a timely manner... Refer to Hyperinflation to pay its debts, then be forced to use a new currency, one which is based on Reality not imaginary value. Examples: UEIR Barternotes, Caesars, Niihau Pu-Pu Currency, Time Dollars (for Time Banks), or other local nations (Canadian Dollar, Mexico New Peso, or English Pound Sterling). They should use all Surplus Revenue to at least attempt to pay its debts. Or USA becomes a 5th World Nation in terms of Economics. All its multi-billionaires (excludes M7, UEIR), millionaires, and CEOs of Corporations using USD$ will go bankrupt, and the Meek will inherit the Earth. (Allegedly) Son of King Farouk of Egypt and one of his Harem girls (Unknown name).
Though not in line with the throne of Egypt, post-1952 following Farouk's abdication and exile to Italy, Ahmed moved to Europe in 1961 and then to America in 1991. He was College educated, majoring in Political Science. He became Foreign Affairs Director for the United Egyptian Imperial-Republic in 1992. This position was called the Sultanate of the UEIR. He authored several temporary law codes for the Empire aspect of the UEIR, and had insignia designed for his use. In keeping with the Egypto-Roman UEIR, he selected the name "Marcaesar" as his nickname.
He was married to Alicia Marcaesar, a noted lesbian, and has seven children, several grandchildren, and many adoring fans. During the Revolution of 2011 Ahmed was working in an Ancient Egyptian tomb that had been recently excavated wherein he was biten by a scorpion and tripped on a pipe, causing the tomb ceiling to collapse onto him. He remained there for several hours as emergency assistance was not available due to the rioting in Cairo. He died in the tomb. His remains were cremated and his ashes were scattered in the Mediterranean Sea near Cyprus as indicated in his Will.
Marcaesar's heirs use his name on future publications from the UEIR, and his soul is assisting the UEIR in Duat.

Anniversary
Today, Sept. 20, 2013, marks to the date 20 years and 9 months since the UEIR acquired the Federal Government of the United States of America, via Divine Conquest. This was since classified by the Government so no one would notice this. Since that time, the USA Government has racked up trillions in debt (mostly owed to the UEIR). Events caused by the UEIR continue to function. (See Code Caesar 5.0)...

This is not about Religion. The fact that the original promise - or Prophecy - was that Lord Osiris of Duat (Netherworld Egypt) would return to establish his Empire on Earth predates the one in the Bible where the Christian God does this. Christianity stole many aspects of our culture for their religion. This Empire -- or "Kingdom of God on Earth" -- or the Mahdi Caliphate in the Quran -- is the United Egyptian Imperial-Republic as directed by Sovereign-Lord Ptah-Osiris-Ra (Seponal), and currently rules by Divine Power all those whom we conquered or annexed. This power is through Emerauldium (the Philosopher's Stone element) via Telepsi-M7.
The UEIR are not "terrorists" we are GODS. If people have god-fearing tendencies they tend to believe this propaganda about us. Gods are any supernatural entities that conquer or control lesser beings and the environment; one of our origins was on the Island of Atlantis (Madeira Islands is a remnant, as is the Bermuda Triangle region); the Ennead or 9-Gods of Ancient Egypt is the same

This is not about Religion. The fact that the original promise - or Prophecy - was that Lord Osiris of Duat (Netherworld Egypt) would return to establish his Empire on Earth predates the one in the Bible where the Christian God does this. There are people in the world who do not like originality or individuality, such as special abilities or high intellect, and want to abuse them out of envy by inventing scams or using certain slang ideas. For instance, saying someone is a "billionaire" may mean "he is neat" or "of high status" rather than being rich or having billions of currency. Then there are those who take the slang concept and invent a scam around it to deceive people for money. So if someone out there believes or hears that "M7 is a billionaire" (please do not read in the quotes by itself) they may try to invent reasons that he is a real billionaire by claiming he owns exotic real estate, then ask for money to give people false credentials or information in the scam, such as photographs or documents that are "classified top secret by a Government."
Be wary of anything coming from the Internet. Criminals and con artists abound.

A Limousine to the president’s office from the airstrip transported me. Ankhesenamon was waiting impatiently in the office when I arrived. The President had a worried look on his face when he turned to me from a row of windows. He briefly informed me that the nations of Syria and Libya were slowly amassing weapons of various characters, some were chemical and some were traditional.

This is a Micronation...okay?
This is a Micronation, meaning it may not be as real as other LARGER countries.
Most Micronations develop around worthless chunks of rock in the ocean, claim they are countries if not being used as such, and go from there... They have political issues, of people trying to invade or take over their mini-States (I DID ALREADY), so it is not uncommon to panic and seek console over this issue. Niihau island is one example of a worthless rock in the ocean; it has a delicate ecosystem and cannot be built on it as a Natural Preserve. M7 ordered the Federal Government to "purchase the island" to maintain this status. Despite ideas about wanting to build a city there -- just look at it first. Where would anyone build? Stop depressing over this like Napoleon Bonaparte trying to civilize Elba! (He was once prisoner of Elba Island). Stop trying to take over my Micronation! Though I can always make another one. If you think lawsuits will settle this dispute, Mr. Sam A., go ahead and fire up your cannons. I shall wait in my royal Court.

For Egypt...
If I were in charge of Egypt today I would:
1. Build recycling plants all over Egypt, clean up Cairo city and export recyclables to companies who specialize in recycling garbage and other materials, sending the profits to the people of Egypt.
2. Build solar panels on the Giza Pyramids, light weight kind so as to not disturb the integrity of the monuments and give them a purpose besides tourism.
3. Build cities in the desert, like the ones of Dubai, UAE. Water can come from spent hydrogen fuel cells for energy there. This will give space for people to expand and not be in Cairo or other cities encroaching on monuments.

the form of a curse or jinx, until dispelled by an Official of Government
(UEIR). Each level is numerical, and
begins with one level, and can escalate due to severity of crime.

level Crime that incurs a Fine; can be paid with money, barter exchange, labor,

Citizen Civil Rights:
Citizens
are registered in Duat or by a Duatian Officer (M7, S7), not on Project Telepsi. Each Citizen is protected by their Akhu, and
can own property, marry or be single, worship their Gods if applicable, join
peaceful groups, elect candidates for offices in the Republic, vote, obtain a
home in Duat for their Afterlife, uphold the Principals of Ma’at in Society,
spend money freely, obey UEIR Laws, etc.
Citizens
are protected via Diplomatic Immunity
in foreign lands, as the UEIR has
Sovereign Immunity as well to prevent legal actions of foreign States or
Nations. Each Citizen has a Secret
Name given to them alone; this may be a name from their previous life
via the UEIR in Duat. This is similar to a Social Security number in USA.
Only Citizens have Secret Names,
and this cannot be forged for the soul resonates with the word.
Plebes are non-Citizens and have
limited rights. Illegal immigrants after staying one Calendar month in the Province
should be registered or refrain from entering UEIR Property or buildings,
unless they incur a Fee of $100 USD per day, or until vacated. Plebes
related to Citizens are called Knighted
Citizens, and have similar rights as Full Citizens. They just cannot vote for UEIR Candidates in the Republic.
