The Imperial Senate has been preoccupied with securing the Akhu of all the people being sent to Duat from Earth over the past 2 decades. As you may have noticed, the UEIR's coffers in Duat Magnus are at peak levels, and our Ushabty work force is busy constructing houses, cities, and other monuments. We therefore do not require further taxation from Earth (as to build new monuments replicated here); so you have permission to do whatever fancies your glorious ambitions, for the time. Our currency on Earth is based on positive actions, not Dollars$, and are not negotiable in USA and other vassals. Duatian currency is not necessary except for building. We know you are anxious to start constructing your new Pharaocracy on Niihau. If you do decide to build a Necropolis there, it will have the blessings of Osiris-Ra and the Imperial Senate of Duat.
