Build or buy a hotel resort and convert it to the following specifications:

1.  That only poor or homeless may use it based on income level.
2.  When income level exceeds maximum level, occupants may stay if they pay for the occupation.
3.  Hotel resort has maid service daily, and restaurants, internet cafe, medical clinic, Bath House, and swimming pools.
4.  Hotel resort also has library with books & DVD/CD/Audio Books, lounges, stores, a wedding chapel, and waterfalls.
5.  Occupations [work, jobs] at the Hotel Resort may be filled by occupants.
6.  Hotel resort is tax-exempt as it is registered as a charity paid by donations.
7.  Solar panels and recycling services will exist on site.
