This tactic appears in some of my books, not all are Magic related.
Some are from my Micronation books (Akua Niihau series).
He also wants to be seen as, or emulating, a King.
I am ruling the World with my ideas.
However they appear to influence Nations, it is my ideas that are shaping the World.
