Nuclear Weapons should not be used to Conquer other Nations. For one, the radiation in the target locations renders the land, its resources, and people irradiated and otherwise worthless to a conqueror. Second, the destruction will result in useless buildings (otherwise fixed by using a Neutron Bomb that preserves the buildings). Nukes are a method of threat and intimidation or even terrorism. They are an Eye of Ra -- something that the Ancient Egyptians knew well enough as being the heirs of Atlantis, which had a Nuclear Accident 14,000 years ago....
