The Greedy Government Tax (GGT) returns 20% of all Wealth Taxes to those people who are over-taxed by their Government.
The "Hollywood-Author's Reparations for Plagiarism" Act (HARP Act) is for victims of Hollywood's misuse of stolen manuscripts or lyrics that lead to successful or profitable films and other entertainment products produced in USA and other Democracies.
These new Legislation(s) are being considered for the Kingdom of Ni'ihau (USA).
