When Missiles departing from North Korea or Russia enter USA Airspace, they tend to crash into the ocean. Their guidance systems do not recognize the Past Time on their targets, as the Missiles enter the International Date Line in between Western USA (Hawaii) and the following day. In North Korea and Russia, they are in the following Day and Time; if today is Sunday night it is already Monday night in the location where the ICBM is launched. They are attacking the Past, not the future. In Ukraine, the so-called Hyper-sonic Missiles are fired in the same Time frame from Russian borders. If USA fires at Russia or North Korea, there is no problem because they are attacking the Future Time. An ICBM traveling across Europe to reach USA from Russia will exhaust its fuel supply. Most ICBMs have internal clocks or computers. Smart-bombs have these also.
