"Whosoever misuses medical beliefs based entirely on opinion (i.e. misuses Psychology or Genetics) to form an opinion that leads to or causes conspiracy against a person, such as judging a person by their DNA or Genetic design, shall be fined no more than 1000 Pu-pu currency or its equivalent."
