In wondering whether I am qualified to perform ceremonies in USA,
as with founding a Non-profit 510(c)(3) for my -uhmm- religion,
I am left wondering... I was identified as "Sovereign Lord God" in 1993 by Rev. Billy Graham on National TV.  Is that qualified enough??
