My Government is mostly on the telepathic level,
(I answer people's wishes or "prayers" using telepathic messages sent to me).
For instance I helped Pres. Obama pass most of his Obamacare health initiative today. I also choose who to answer and who not to. Weather anomalies being designed with Elemental Chronokinesis are usually destructive but are created when Chronokinetic Energy deposits are full and I am required to use it.
Prayers as you call them are a form of telepathy. Akua communicate this way. Atheists who do not pray or lack basic amplified psychic ability are missing out on the fun...
