The island Natives live there but are not part of my Country. I do not rule over them, unless they want me to. It is like ranches that include cattle upon purchase. My country is Private. Keep it that way. And Yes, I am a King -- Pharaoh actually. Location is more of a permanent foothold on this planet than saying "ruler of the living" etc.
