Constitutional Amendments

The USA Constitution was not written on a computer, so it could not be edited or revised once written.  It was written in legible handwriting that took hours to complete.  After it was done, the authors wanted to add more content, but since this was not part of the original Constitution they are technically not part of it and can be revoked -- these are called "Amendments."  A President who does not adhere to the Amendments part is not violating the Constitution.
