Future Plans for the Kingdom:

First, build a large Castle or Palace (shaped like a Castle) about 1 square mile in its perimeter. The buildings will be spread out – the Keep will be in the center. Inside are the Temples, Waterfalls and Gardens, Temple Granaries, Vineyard, Swimming pools and hot tubs, 10 Car Garage, Helicopter ports, Solar and Wind Farm, Museum, statuary, Private Zoo, stone walls and metal gates, towers, and reflection pool. The Keep will be five levels, with Master Suites, 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, living room, family room, lounge, Internet Café, full bar, Laundry room, kitchen, dining hall, Art Gallery, Parlor, Storage rooms, Entertainment room, Film Theater, VR (virtual reality) room, Billiards room, Library, Walk-in Pantry, Indoor Pool with Sauna/steam room/hot tubs, Security rooms, Vault, and a hidden Safe room.
Second, build a Town outside the Castle/Palace. This will have private residences for the Townspeople with privacy walls and water wells. Include a Medical Clinic with ER (Emergency room) or private Hospital, K-12 School, Churches, Temples, Marketplace, Storage Buildings and Granaries, Garages, Warehouses, Solar/wind farms for energy, a Recycle Center (imports containers, exports ingots of metal, glass, plastic or recycled paper), maybe a Junior College or Distance-Learning College, a hotel resort with golf course, Light Industry (Textiles/clothing, leather, food production, wine or beer production, Koa Wood artifacts, etc.), Security buildings (Robot Police) and Immigration Center, Banks, Post Office, Internet or Cellular Phone Towers, Radio station (Media Center), Stores/Shopping Mall, Film Theater, Exercise Gym, computer repair shop, Sewage treatment and water filtration system, and City Park. This town will be about 3 to 4 square miles. Farmland is expected to be outside the Town. The Town and Castle can be in other regions (in the Kingdom, not on Niihau itself as there are water issues there).
Population for the Town may exist from former Homeless or Refugee population, also Natives. This will provide housing, jobs/occupations, safety, and an economy. The Kingdom would exist within the region of USA in the way that the Vatican is situated within Italy. This is like Reservation Land.
Electric Automobiles, Drones, and Robot Police will exist in the Kingdom. The Robot Police will be multilingual and have protective devices installed.
