In February 2021 Pharaoh Horus Michael (M7) offered $500M Grant (via USA Govt.) for economic development to the residents of Niihau. This was confirmed by the Arab Family who mentioned that the islanders “offered $40M to buy a business” on another island. The full excerpt is as follows:
1. Buying Businesses on other islands in Hawaii State as income for their residents;
2. Improving Housing, basic Sanitation, creating water wells or buying a water company on Kauai for water;
3. Build a Recycling Center to clean the western beaches on Niihau;
4. Build a solar-powered, Distance-Learning Center for Education;
5. Building a much-needed, Free Medical Clinic/ER (Emergency Room) on Niihau;
6. Building a Helicopter Port + 3 new Helicopters for transportation;
7. Build a cell phone or Internet tower/HAM Radio Station for communication.
This Economic Development package allows islanders to earn a living, as previously they were on Welfare and worked on the Island Ranch. This also addresses the fact of Climate Change & Rising Sea Levels that threatens the island’s mostly sea-level acreage. Beaches on the west side of the island also could be cleaned up from the runoff from Japanese pollutants. The rare shells of Niihau are also at risk due to pollution and Climate Change. The USA Govt. is currently protecting Niihau until the Pharaoh can utilize his property.
