Biden of USA. This 15% Tax rate is from
the Kingdom of Niihau , as in Akualand (page
8) ,originally in the 1999 Code Caesar Law & Tax code.

A hundred and thirty six countries agreed to enforce a corporate tax rate of at least 15% and a fairer system of taxing profits where they are earned.
