The Faults of the USA Constitution

The many interpretations of the Binding Document of American Democracy are the source of its social problems today. The Right of Free Speech originally implied the right to speak out against the Govt. It also allows Hate Speech as a right for expressing one’s self, but later laws limit the right (Libel, Harassment, Hate crimes, Sexism, Trademark, etc.). The Right of Freedom of Religion also implies Cults, Islamic Terrorism and creating religions, not just for Christians or Jews. The Right of the ability to bear arms does not specifically imply or mention Guns, yet Mass Shootings are the result.
The 10 Commandments in the Jewish religion are simple enough, but are constantly violated due to USA not being a Theocracy. This is interpreted as a Freedom of Religion so the commandments are ignored as a product of religion, although people do not work on Sunday and have 7 day work weeks, also a product of Judaism. The 10 Commandments do not apply to (Ancient) Egyptians. If placing Laws in religion mean they do not need to be adhered to because they exist in religion, represents a moral crisis. For example saying “Seponal lost” is a crime, but some will call that Free Speech. They do not realize they are talking about God. It is also not a crime for God to destroy people for violating His Laws, as Divine Intervention is legal. If the people stop “trusting God” then the USA Dollar will be invalid. If the President doesn’t like God writing to him for advice then this voids the idea “So help me, God” in every Presidential oath.
You have to follow anything written correctly without added interpretations. Or incorporate those future interpretations in the Laws.
