The Kingdom of Akua-Niihau is a massive, safe nation, ruled by Pharaoh M-7 with an iron fist, and notable for its prohibition of alcohol. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 1.789 billion are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent government stops and the rest of society begins, but it devotes most of its attentions to Education, with areas such as Social Equality and Healthcare receiving almost no funds by comparison. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Akua-M7 City. The average income tax rate is 57%, and even higher for the wealthy. A substantial private sector is dominated by the Tourism industry.

Scientists regularly clone human beings for research purposes, prime real estate is devoted to wind farms and solar energy generators, all new "spies" are fifteen-year-old acne-ridden kids on computers, and pharmacies close down as medicinal drugs are sold freely by the government. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Akua-Niihau's national animal is the Killer Whale, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Pu-Pu Shell.
