Improve the Federal
Budget without new taxes:
If you want
Free Education or College, Scholarships become obsolete. Use this money to pay for Free College or
Education.
If you want
lower premiums in Health Care, recycle the Medical Waste into funds for this
purpose. Metal Syringes, old Medicine or
Pills, and other equipment are daily dumped into Medical Waste bins; less waste
becomes more money for Medical Care.
